Levers

CLASSES

Class 1

The fulcrum is located between the weight.

Class 2

The fulcrum is at one end of the lever and the effort is at the other end.

Class 3

The effort is located between the fulcrum and the resistance.

Pulleys

Pulleys are used to lift heavy loads. They are wheels with a grooved rim.
